Refund and Return Policy for The Startup Stall

At The Startup Stall, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our digital templates and tools and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be applied toward any future purchases at The Startup Stall DVC

Eligibility for Store Credit Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Store credit refunds are available for digital products and templates purchased directly from The Startup Stall.
  • Refunds are limited to products that have not been extensively used or downloaded multiple times.

How to Request a Refund (Store Credit)

  1. Contact us at launch@thestartupstall.com with the subject line: “Refund Request for Store Credit.”
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Your name
    • The email address used for your purchase.
    • A brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.

Once your request is reviewed, a decision will be made between 1-3 days. Once approved, your store credit will be added to your account within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to disapprove a refund request if we feel that the refund request is disingenuine or made with ill intentions. 

Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds (store credit) will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Bundled items where the refund would affect the pricing of other items.
  • Requests that are made beyond the 30-day guarantee window.
  • Discounted products with discount sales of over 50%

Using Your Store Credit

Store credit can be applied to any future purchases, including new templates, dashboards, or tools. It is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance. Credit refunds are only allowed once per customer.
